Monster Zombie Finger Candy Holder

Happy Halloween!
Here is a Monster Finger
Filled with a Treat.
You can slip it on your finger
To surprise the friends you meet.

This is just a quick little finger that can fit over a Halloween treat such as:
Tootsie Rolls, Smarties, individually-wrapped Twizzler, etc..
Maybe a pencil or even a Dollar Bill could be rolled up and inserted,
for some lucky Trick or Treater.
When the candy is removed, it can be worn as a silly finger.
The pattern gradually increases so the size should fit a little finger or a bigger one,
because monsters and zombies usually come in different sizes.
The nail is worked in place (on free loops) so it will always be in the correct spot.

Notes:
à         Vary or alter the colors to your choosing.
à         Joins are made with a slip-stitch in the first stitch of the round.
Hint: Give the slip-stitch a tug to tighten, and the joins will not be as noticeable.
à         At the end of each round, be sure to skip the slip-stitch join and the chain 1.
à         Beginning stitches for rounds will always begin in the same stitch as the last joined-stitch of the previous round.
à         Work over the yarn-ends when possible, to eliminate weaving in later.

Finger:

Rnd 1:  With Green yarn:  6 Sc in a Magic Ring.  Join.  (6)

Row 3:  Ch 1, Sc in the first st, 2-Dc in each of the next 2 sts, and Sc in the last.  (6)

Using the 8” yarn-end:
Sew the top and sides of the Nail down on the front part (of the tip of the Finger), being careful not to catch the back part.

Knuckle Lines:  With Brown:
Sew 3 lines between Rounds 7 and 10 of the Finger.
Weave in the ends.
Now, Try it on or fill it with treat.
